Since the pandemic and New York State laws preclude gathering in large groups, the Village Alliance will hold its 27th Annual Meeting virtually on Monday, June 29th, 2020 at 4:00 PM.
The public is welcome to attend to learn more about the Alliance's work in Greenwich Village and Astor Place, but only registered members of the Village Alliance Business Improvement District (BID) are eligible to vote.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are a member of the BID, registration by Member Class is a requirement to vote.
For Class A (owners of real property including commercial and condominium owners within the BID district), you should include property address when registering.
For Class B (commercial tenants within the BID district), you should include the commercial address of your business when registering.
For Class C (residential tenants including renters and cooperative owners within the BID district), you should include residential address when registering.
Please consult the BID district map to see if your property, residence or business falls within the district.
The purpose of the Public Annual Meeting is to present the Fiscal Year 2021 budget to members and to elect Directors to the Board. We will also present an update to the community on Village Alliance activities from the past fiscal year as well as provide an update about our recent work related to the pandemic.
