Demitri Kesoglides, a.k.a. SANiTY (or DJ SANiTY), has been cutting his teeth in the NYC nightlife circuit for over 8 years now. Hailing from Queens, the 27-year-old has a diverse ethnic background, which definitely lends itself to his varied taste in music. SANiTY's flexibility as a DJ shows in his live sets, as he plays for many different types of crowds -- ranging from upscale venues to underground venues, as well as some of NYC's premier venues for EDM. Upon graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in Management of Musical Enterprises from Baruch College, and subsequently his Master's Degree in Music Business from NYU, SANiTY has shifted focus from the business side of the industry to developing himself as an artist. As producing original music has now taken precedent, SANiTY is experimenting to find his ‘sound’ – a cross between progressive house, electro house, and g-house styles along with open-format mixing techniques. Currently, SANiTY is into the 'G-House' movement and will be making his debut release with G-Mafia Records in 2017.
On the horizon is a collaborative compilation he plans to release with local NYC producers and rappers, entitled 'East Coast G-House' -- an eclectic mix of gritty East Coast hip-hop lyricism, party trap breakdowns, and thumping house grooves.
Annakickarse, the outgoing rebel, is an artistic phenomenon from New York City who has worked her way from nothing to something.
In the year 2011, at age 18, Anna went to her first NYC nightclub and was employed as a go-go dancer. At that club, she met New York City's number one DJ, Jess Marquis. While dancing, she had become Jess' assistant for NYC's longest running weekly party, 'Trash'. This infamous, cooky and sexy Club-Kid event was held every Friday night in The Studio of Webster Hall. As Jess' assistant, she learned the mechanics of booking events, and spent countless hours looking over his shoulder to learn his way of DJing.
After only four months of practice under Jess and spinning some local shows, Jess gave Anna her first shot as a DJ at Webster Hall in December of 2012. It was a huge success, and in May of 2013, she was ordained as a Resident DJ of the 'Trash' party. In the following months, Anna would go on to release many mashups and original tracks, and started to organize many of her own events in the Big Apple. Jess passed away in April of 2015 and as hard as it was and still is, Anna's passion to continue his legacy will not come to a halt.
In addition to Webster Hall, Anna has played various venues such as Pacha, Highline Ballroom, Melrose Ballroom, The Attic Bar & Lounge, and The Grace Hotel. She also played a private New Years Eve event located in the heart of Times Square, and The Electric Camplight Festival. Anna was involved with the Zombie Rave, and maintained a monthly residency for the 'SFX Party' that she coordinated with one of her partners in crime., Demetra Songs. Anna has shared the bill with various DJ's such as Monikkr, R!3ZA, Gosteffects, Fat & EZ, Alex English, and has closed for Otto Knows in the Grand Ballroom of Webster Hall. Her first colossal house track "Reborn" can be found on Soundcloud
